The Combined Approach to atopic eczema is a successful treatment programme using a behavioural approach. It combines optimal conventional topical treatment with habit reversal, a very simple behaviour modification technique for the habitual scratching that causes chronic eczema. This presentation describes the programme for Adults and Older Children. A modified version is suitable for Younger Children.
